1 EXT. MEETUP LOCATION - DAY
WE OPEN on our first character (BOB) stumbling to the door with a BEER BOTTLE in his hand.
He turns and opens the door.
CUT TO:
2 INT. MEETUP LOCATION - DAY
The BOSS is walking from the end of the room while yelling
on a phone call, his voice echoing through the room.
BOSS
(into phone)
Pinkman, I want my money and I want it NOW!
(gesturing with his hands as he spoke crude Spanish)
Mi dinero, capisce? YES, my money, goddammit!
Phone call over, he moves to sit down at a TABLE in the
middle of the room.
CUT TO:
Suddenly, BOB - evidently drunk - stumbles through the room,
crashing into multiple chairs and finally swivelling into
the chair to face BOSS nonchalantly.
BOSS
Hiya, Bob.
BOB waves silently.
BOSS
Bob, where’s my money?
BOB
(slurring words)
I dunno…!
BOSS
(raising his voice slightly)
What do you mean, you “don’t know”?
BOB
I dunno means I dunno!
BOSS
(gesturing money with his hands)
Bob, you know how much I love my money, don’t you? My mula, my guala, my cash, mi dinero.
BOB
Ah, si, si, dinero!
BOSS
(throwing the pen)
THEN WHERE IS IT?!
BOB yelps out in pain as the pen hits his arm - it was
clearly intended for his head.
BOSS
(standing up)
WHERE is my MONEY?!
BOB
I already told you, I don’t know!
BOSS
(holding the bottle in his hand)
Bobert, oh Bobert, oh Bobby… If you don’t get me my
money by Monday, you’re swimming with the fishes.
The BOSS threateningly holds the bottle in front of BOB, causing
him to stand up in fear.
